Whether topped with vibrant veggies, plant-based cheese, or your favorite sauce, this pizza is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with flavor. It's pizza night, made easy! Ingredients 2 cups Everyday Baking Mix 3/4 cup water Your favorite toppings! Preparation Step 1 Preheat oven to 500 °F . Combine the water and Everyday Baking Mix to form a ball of dough. Step 2 Sprinkle some Everyday Baking Mix or flour on a hard surface and roll out the dough to a 10" circle. Step 3 Put your pizza on a parchment lined pan or pizza peel (if cooking on a pizza stone).     < Back Pancakes Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 5 Minutes Level: Quick & Easy About the Recipe There’s something timeless about a warm stack of pancakes -simple, comforting, and perfect for bringing everyone to the table. These pancakes are light, tender, and gently sweet, made with clean, plant-based ingredients that come together in minutes. They’re ideal for slow weekend mornings, quick weekday breakfasts, or anytime you’re craving something cozy and homemade. This recipe uses our Mix to create classic pancakes with a soft, fluffy interior and golden edges. Customize them with blueberries, chocolate chips, or a pinch of cinnamon, and serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup for an easy, crowd-pleasing meal. If you’re looking for an even easier option, be sure to check out our Everyday Mix - it’s our just-add-water version (although we still like to add some vanilla ;)) that makes delicious pancakes with no oil required. Ingredients 1 cup of Mix 2 tablespoons of oil or melted plant-based butter (can sub ground flax) 1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional) 1-2 tablespoons of sugar/maple syrup (optional) 3/4- 1 cup of plant-based milk or water Preparation Step 1 In a medium bowl, whisk together the Mix and sugar (if using). Step 2 Add the oil or melted butter (or flax mixture*), vanilla, and milk. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix - a few small lumps are okay. Tip: Use more liquid for thinner, pancakes Use less liquid (about ¾ cup) for thicker, fluffier pancakes Step 3 Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, pour about ¼ cup of batte r for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes, until golden. Step 4 Serve warm with fruit, maple syrup, or your favorite toppings.
