Compassionate Kitchen Biscuit Mix Crackers!

1. Add seasonings of choice to 2 C of Biscuit Mix (pictured is 1/2 t each of: dill, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, thyme, white pepper).

2. To the mix, add 2 T ground Flaxseed and 4 T vegan butter / extra virgin coconut oil, Mash with back of fork until largest clumps are pea-sized.

3. Slowly add in 2/3 C vegan milk and mix until just moistened and a soft dough forms.

4. Transfer dough to a floured surface and gently fold dough over itself several times, 

5. Roll or flatten dough until it is 1/4" thick rectangle.

6. Place crackers on parchment lined baking sheet and score into cracker shapes with a pizza cutter.

7. Bake at 450 for 12 - 17 minutes until golden brown.

8. After they cool, break crackers apart and store in an airtight container.
